Chloe Cheung is a Public Affairs and Advocacy Manager at the Committee for Freedom in Hong Kong (CFHK) Foundation.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, she joined the city’s pro-democracy movement at just 14 years old during the 2019 protests, before going into self-exile in 2020 to continue her advocacy abroad.

In Dec. 24, 2024, the Hong Kong authorities placed a HK$1 million bounty on her because of her U.K. activism.
