Arizza is a global peace advocate committed to educating, empowering, and inspiring young people towards a more peaceful world. She is the Co-Founder and President of KRIS for Peace, a non-profit organization that promotes peace through education and youth leadership in the Philippines and beyond. 

Arizza is also one of 10 young leaders of the Kofi Annan Foundation's Extremely Together movement aiming to prevent extremism globally, and currently chairs the Programme Committee of the World Expression Forum held annually in Norway to convene advocates around the world to promote free speech.
