Dristi Shrestha, originally from Nepal and currently based in Japan, is dedicated to advocating for human rights, particularly gender equality and health rights. Her work centers on menstrual hygiene management, an area too often wrapped in stigma and silence. She is the recipient of the Fellow of the Year 2023 award by Awareness 360. 

Guided by a belief in education and open dialogue as catalysts for change, Dristi has taken bold steps to challenge the societal taboos, fostering spaces where conversations can breathe and awareness can grow.
